What does the assessment cost?+
The initial 30-minute cost review is free. Assessments start at $2,500, scoped to your environment and infrastructure size — final fee and timing are agreed before any paid work begins.
How long does the assessment take?+
Meaningful recommendations depend on roughly two weeks of CloudTrail usage data. We factor that into the timeline when we agree the scope, so there are no surprises mid-engagement.
Will you need access to patient data?+
The assessment focuses on cloud billing and infrastructure, not patient records. We agree on the information and access required before starting. Please do not send patient data, credentials, or sensitive exports through email or the booking form.
Will anything change in production?+
The assessment produces recommendations. Implementation is a separate decision for your team, with dependencies, testing, and rollback requirements considered before changes are approved.
Can our engineers implement the findings?+
Yes. You keep the report and prioritized action plan. There is no obligation to buy implementation support or enter an ongoing retainer.
Do you guarantee a percentage of savings?+
No blanket percentage. The opportunity depends on your workloads and constraints. Estimates in an assessment need validation; realized savings depend on the changes you choose and how usage evolves.
